I walk on concrete all day and these have held up well for me. I use lock laces with these and they fit perfect.

I really love this shoe. I've had two pairs so far, because I liked the first pair so much I had to order a second. I haven't had any problems with wear and tear, and I wear mine every day. They're light and breatheable, which is something that I always have a hard time finding in shoes. My first pair got me through a rainy spring without any incidents, despite the super breatheable in-soles that I thought were going to be a problem. They're as water-tight as any other casual sneaker. They might seem a bit stiff when you first put them on, but they break in really well. Can't wait to get another pair.

These fit as expected and are stylish and comfortable. This oxford incorporates our loafer comfort on a lace-up shoe updated with a modern bi-colored sole & contrasted welt. I live in boat shoes, both ashore (mostly) an on my boat. This is my second pair of Sea Kites. I also have a pair in another color. The Sea Kites hold up well with my day to day use and a bit of abuse. I've been through Timberland, Bass, and Clarks over the years. They have gone through up and down cycles of quality. Right now Sperry is on top and I find the others disappointing in terms of fit and quality.

These shoes are amazing. I remembered my dad wearing these circa 1970. So, when I was looking for a Vans alternative, I thought I'd give them a try. I think I even had the kids version, but it might have been a different model. I am so glad I bought them. They are very basic, but that's all you need. I even bought a second pair in another color.
Most people would be a lot better off if they would just wear simple flat shoes like these without artificial arch support. I started wearing these about 5 days a week and my daily foot cramps are gone and my periodic plantar fasciitis has not returned.
As an added bonus, these stay good looking as I think the canvas is treated with something that repels water, etc. It makes them a bit warm at times, but it really seems to extend the time that they look good.

Purchased this style previously in another color for my teenage nephew and he loved them so I purchased this pair for him as well. He was wearing the other ones all the time so now he can rotate them based on what he is wearing. They are comfortable and stylish all at the same time.

The description says skate shoes and I suppose they can be used by skaters, but these are just really nice looking sneakers. I ordered them for my grandson and he loves them. They are comfortable and good looking. The darker color is nice and they look expensive.
