New Balance makes such nice and affordable shoes. The material does get dirty easily and is hard to clean unless you have the "show cleaners." Pretty sure people can find a crafty way to DIY clean these without having to buy a shoe cleaner, I just have not taken the time to see for myself.

These were a lot nicer than I thought they would be, at a fantastic price too. I bought them as a gift, so I will have to reserve final judgement when the recipient sees/wears them. These "classic" shoes comes in a variety of color combinations. But the main thing about them is how comfortable they are. Thick "cushy" sole. . . Nice padding both on the footbed and around the ankle. Nice non-skid tread. Nice pull-on tab in the back. There's lots to like about these shoes. . . . Especially if you can get them on the current lower-end of the price range.

I like the look and feel of these shoes. Very simple and low, comfortable basic sneakers. They look good, even though there is so much rubber on the sides. The fit is perfect in my experience. I usually take a 13 in sneakers and often a 12 in boots, but with some sneakers I have to worry about the width - not a problem here. These fit right, don't cramp, but also don't leave my heel lifting in the back.

The prices are all over the place depending on the size you get, but these seem like a steal when your size happens to be on the inexpensive end of that scale.
