I bought these for my 3 year old who is in a size 9 right now and these are way too big on him. Even with thick socks. But we love converse and this isn't his first pair. They do run about a size too large but I knew that and was anticipating him growing into them. The brand is perfect for a rough and tumble little boy! We got the elastic laces for them too so they're easy to slip on and off (even when he grows into them the rest of the way) which makes them even better!

I got these for my son on law he wears a size 13-14 its hard finding shoes for him the macy shoes only go to 13 ill be returning them once they send them back these sketchers fit beautifully he is so happy says they fit great thier soft n comfortable hes 6'4 260lb so if he says thier soft n comfortable then these are the ones .... Ill buy him another pair or 2 in fiff colors when u find something that works u stick with it great shoe ...

My Husband was looking for a pair of shoes that didn't have laces. I suggested these shoes, as I have been buying this brand for about ten years and have always been satisfied. I've been running with New Balance shoes for years and found them to be the best. What I didn't realize is that they make such comfortable shoes for everyday wear. I spend a lot of time standing and walking on my job; I also have plantar fasciitis due to high arch and physical stress on my feet. I've tried pretty much everything from running shoes to walking shoes, as well as hi-end Clark's, and different arch supports. NB 801 are by far the most comfortable. They provide outstanding cushioning and support; you can easily slip them off for few minutes, and they look well-made. For the first time in years my fasciitis is not aggravated after hours of standing. I will get a second pair for traveling.

It’s been really hard to find shoes that I like for the last few years but these stuck out to me as I was browsing. The black suede is subtle, with the white banding for contrast to really set it apart. I was expecting a heavier shoe but these are lightweight and made well with the durable suede leather. I can confirm that they are in fact real suede and so I made sure to Scotchgard the moment they arrived so that they would not get damaged by rainy Weather. So far they have held up extremely well.
The main thing that I do not like about them is that the laces come to the very very top of the shoe. That means that if you need to tie them at all you have about half an inch. You should definitely expect to be buying replacement laces.
