First model proposed by Nike in 1972, there Cortez is back in a classic variation.

This Nike Cortez Nylon Midnight Navy White is adorned with its traditional base in nylon, here in a navy blue color. We then notice some panels in suede tone on tone at the level of the mudguard, the eyelets and the heel reinforcement. THE Swoosh in white leather brings contrast and agrees with the Heel Tab as well as the sole by rubber.

BOOM! I feel in love with these shoes about 2 years ago. I used to buy vans and Chucks but these have replaced them. To me these are more comfortable than Chucks and Vans. I remove the insoles and insert better quality inserts for long term walking most Chucks and Vans you cannot. The width at the front is wide making it comfortable on the foot. Biggest issue is there is a lot of shoe lace ties so it takes a little bit of time to adjust the tightness with the laces. My third pair Ive purchased.

I use these to keep my feet from being shredded by the concrete during water exercises. The men's have a less restrictive toe box that lets my big toe be comfortable.

Really nice shoes, surprising detail and new shine. I'm not 100% sure how I feel about the brownish sole (actually sort of an odd version of brown) on black shoes, but the shoes still look great overall. They come with high end extras, like the stick inside the shoe to keep its shape, and a nice shoe bag - better than most of the ones you might get from hotels.

The color is a bit greener than it looks online, not a deal breaker but definitely walk past a jar of green olives and use that as a guide for the color and not the image you see online.
