I READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. MOST WERE POSITIVE AND I FOUND THAT WHAT OTHERS SAID WAS TRUE. THERE IS AN ARCH IN THIS SHOE. THERE IS NO ODOR FROM WEARING THIS SHOE. IT IS STYLISH AND LOOKS GOOD WITH SHORTS. I WEAR ALDEN BOOTS. I NEEDED SOMETHING BESIDES ALL MY RUNNING SHOES FOR A CRUISE THAT I AM TAKING THIS MONTH. GREAT SHOE...NO PROBLEMS.

Super lightweight shoes with soft cushion soles. Literally the lightest lace up shoes I have ever worn. Very comfortable and airy. Woven upper lets feet breathe, but will let in dew to soak feet. Only real downside is the shoelaces that came with shoes are way too long and drape across the feet to touch the walking surface. Otherwise a great casual shoe

I ordered these Tretorn sneakers for my husband. He wasn't familiar with the brand, but I was. He liked that they are somewhat subtle with their branding versus other athletic shoes. He found these to be a comfortable fit. He usually wears an 11.5, but there are some brands that run small so he has to order 12's. I ordered the 11.5 for him and he is pleased with the fit.

I use this shoe STRICTLY for playing drums so I won't be wearing them for hours. Well, if I play for hours yes, but I won't be using them to go to the stores, or around the town. I do have a wide foot, and they do stretch outward, but the tip remains narrow and it looks funny. Sort of like a shark if you look top down. But, the sole is thin and I'm able to feel the pedal much better. I owned an older model for many, many years and when they finally wore out, I opted to by another pair. I like these, they have a nice lining inside and make the shoe very comfortable. If you have a wide foot, be warned
