Having worn 574s for about 15 years I was interested to try the 373. The main difference is in the overall bulk of the shoe. The 373 is much more form fitting with a slightly lower ankle and slightly thinner sole. Comfort is comparable in both shoes, but from a fashion point of view they compliment clothes differently. The 373 I wear with slimmer jeans that have smaller cuffs, which I still prefer the 574 when wearing a boot cut jean or shorts.

I READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. MOST WERE POSITIVE AND I FOUND THAT WHAT OTHERS SAID WAS TRUE. THERE IS AN ARCH IN THIS SHOE. THERE IS NO ODOR FROM WEARING THIS SHOE. IT IS STYLISH AND LOOKS GOOD WITH SHORTS. I WEAR ALDEN BOOTS. I NEEDED SOMETHING BESIDES ALL MY RUNNING SHOES FOR A CRUISE THAT I AM TAKING THIS MONTH. GREAT SHOE...NO PROBLEMS.

I ordered these Tretorn sneakers for my husband. He wasn't familiar with the brand, but I was. He liked that they are somewhat subtle with their branding versus other athletic shoes. He found these to be a comfortable fit. He usually wears an 11.5, but there are some brands that run small so he has to order 12's. I ordered the 11.5 for him and he is pleased with the fit.

Great design of a shoe, I have been wearing 574's for many years and I love the style , comfort, and the value. It's very difficult for some reason to get these shoes in these colors and the right size so I will buy 2 sometimes 3 pairs to avoid hassle in trying to find the style again. Great shoes~!
