I needed to replace my Vibram Five Fingers 7 or so dedicated years. These are incredibly comfortable, and have almost as much ground feel, with just a tiny hint of cushion which actually feels quite nice. They are super light and form to the foot well.

I bought these for my 3 year old who is in a size 9 right now and these are way too big on him. Even with thick socks. But we love converse and this isn't his first pair. They do run about a size too large but I knew that and was anticipating him growing into them. The brand is perfect for a rough and tumble little boy! We got the elastic laces for them too so they're easy to slip on and off (even when he grows into them the rest of the way) which makes them even better!

I am a huge Chuck fan - BUT I have flat feet, and can wear them comfortably. My husband and daughter cannot. I feel like most people that wear Chucks do so because they want to make a "fashion statement" at the cost of their feet... I just need them for my flat feet - and thus every 10-12 months I order a pair of Black Chuck Taylors, works for me!

My husband hates shopping, especially for anything shoe or clothing related, so it proves difficult sometimes to find him the right goods, and still have him looking good/feeling good. He likes black, and has wide feet, so these were perfect, and he still feels like he can look decent when we go out. These were fine for their purpose, and a great deal on price. Never had vans before, thought I would give them a try. They are very well made and sturdy. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was the first day I wore them I got a blister on the back of my heel from them. Hopefully I can break them in with no more blisters! I really like the shoes so I hope they work out!

Had an older gen of this shoe, it was amazing. This pair is wearing out a little faster than the last gen. The old pair also fit AMAZINGLY, and this one was a bit tight. I changed the lacing style (to horizontal) and it solved the narrow feeling of this pair. Only reason this got 4 starts is because the last pair blew... my... mind! so I might be comparing too much.
